What is our policy regarding Coronavirus COVID-19?
In line with the IAAF (Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation) announcement on the 25th March 2020 who sort and had it clarified by the UK Government that motor vehicle repairers should continue to trade our technicians are still available to supply our mobile-based services as usual. We are of course prioritising keeping vehicles in a roadworthy condition (i.e. engine carbon cleaning and DPF cleaning services), especially for key-workers. Primarily, yours, the general public, and our staff’s safety is our priority. Learn more about the measures we are taking.
Are you mobile? Do you come to my house?
Yes, we are fully mobile across most of the UK. Please go to find a technician to search for your local technician.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
The only time a service call-out fee is charged is if you make a booking with us for which one of our technicians attends but before or after any part of the service is complete (including diagnosis) you do not wish to proceed with the service. This fee is £70 and covers our loss of business and expenses.
Are your prices ex VAT?
Our prices are all inclusive
How do you accept payment?
All our technicians accept card, cash or bank transfer payments. Dependent on the price of services supplied most of our Technicians also offer interest-free split payment terms via Payment Assist. – please inquiry with your local technician for further details.
Are there any risks? Are you insured / Is your work warranted?
All our technicians are fully trained and insured. Work is warranted on different levels depending on the service supplied, please see under the correct service section below for more details.
Do you work on weekends?
Yes, although it is down to the independent regional technician to decide what hours they are available on any given week. You are advised to visit our find a technician page to search for your local area technician and either speak to them directly or check their availability on the booking system.
Are there any discounts?
Yes, we offer multi-service and multi-vehicle discounts.
We also offer favourable discounts to both NHS staff Discounts and The British Forces Discounts which can be found on your relevant discount websites (ID must be presented for discounts to be applied).
