Winston started with the company back in April 2017 and has been growing knowledge, services offered, client base, and skill set ever since. He previously worked in a car body repair shop which also performed low-level mechanics occasionally. His knowledge is constantly growing as he commonly works with local garages in and around the Birmingham area as well as supporting a few companies with fleet vehicles. He decided he wanted to move to mobile carbon cleaning as he enjoys travelling and meeting and helping people.

What Our Customers Say
Just to say Matts work was to a high standard. He arrived early, focused on the task and did a great job. He completed all tasks required and ran a thorough check afterwards. Very reassuring! A genuine technician and people person. I have no concerns recommending Matt and his company.
Booked Winston in today for a swirl flap bypass , one of the most genuine mechanics I've met . After his diagnosis, explained about the split intercooler pipe ( somthing my local garage could not discover ) and best to fix that first before proceeding with swirl flaps . Best £90 ive ever spent . I may need him again after fix of intercooler pipe for the bypass , but a big thank you for your honesty .
I was really impressed with the information Jason provided me with. Nice to come across an honest company who put customers first! Highly recommend.
Thank you Matt, Arrived bang on time carried out arranged work to my Audi and a bit more and some great advice .
Very professional job done by Matt. First day the car didn’t delete for some software issue but he promptly came over to re-do the job to make sure everything worked properly next day.
I had Technician Cristian Nicolaie come to my home on Friday morning to diagnose and clean my DPF filter and remove carbon build-up from the engine. From the moment Cristian arrived, he was polite, friendly and professional. He asked me a few questions about the car, explained what he was going to do and talked me through the possible cause of the problem. He also gave me some really useful advice on how to help prevent the problem from happening again. Cristian carried out the work professionally and got the car back to normal. The diagnostic test afterwards showed that everything was working as it should. What made this even more important to me was that I was due to go away that day and had to tow my caravan. After speaking with Cristian, he gave me complete confidence that the car was going to be okay — and he certainly didn’t disappoint. I towed my caravan with no problems at all, and the car performed perfectly. I live in the BS15 area, and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Cristian Nicolaie to anyone experiencing problems with their car. If the other technicians within the company have the same level of professionalism, knowledge and customer service as Cristian, then I would happily recommend the company as well.
I had the pleasure of meeting Matt today. He was on time, gave great advice, honest feedback, great sense of humour - everything you would want from your technician. Never makes you feel stupid. Explained how the remap works. I'm only disappointed he didn't take a picture of my car for his portfolio.
Thank you for the 5-star rating, Thomas! We’re delighted you had a great experience and appreciate your support. We look forward to welcoming you back soon.
Ukcc auto techs Christian attended my property to diagnose my van which had dpf issues and a ad blue problem. Christian was very informative explaining what was happening with my van. Christian then proceeded to clean the dpf and the ad blue fault was very professional explaining the process at all times. I would recommend Christian to anyone who has problems with there dpf or any ad blue faults thanks again Shane

I had a stage 3 clean done today. The gentleman was very polite and knowledgeable. Very good service. Would recommend to others.
Great advice from Cristian the technician who advised and then did the job very well thank you very much.
Perfect job thank you so much
Christian arrived as planned and was very helpful in explaining the diagnostics and what was needed Repair work carried out promptly I had a further issue later in day and Christian met me in evening to sort that issue also at no extra cost Highly recommend him and will be using him again if needed Rob
Engine management light and coil light came on, had my guy stick a diagnostic tool on it and it said the DPF was blocked. Booked a full 400 quids' worth of carbon clean and DPF clean. Matt diagnosed the problem as a sensor issue which would need a new sensor fitting. I could have got away with just the £90 callout fee but decided to go for full carbon clean at total cost of £210. I appreciate Matt's honesty and not trying to rinse me for a DPF clean. Would definitely use again.
I would like to say a big thanks to Crisitian for coming to Bridgwater and helo me to fix my issue with manifild intake and DPF. Very friéndly and professional. Very punctual also. He did his best and very competitive price. I highly recommend his service Thank you
- Excellent service! - Had been having issues with a DPF blockage and warning lights despite multiple trips to different garages - Cristian came out and performed a DPF clean and carbon clean, and now engine works perfect, seems to have solved the problem completely - Would definitely recommend!
The technician was polite, punctual knowledgeable and very helpful, answered all my questions and advised me about the next course of action. Would highly recommend them
I was satisfied with the service. Christian came to Swindon. I missed him the first time but he came back the next day. I cant fault anything. My car is running smooth now. I even got a discount because i work for the NHS so that was really nice. Would recommend to anyone.
Cristian was great. He answered all my questions and completed the job to a high standard. I will be using Auto Techs again. Very pleased. Thanks
I made the mistake of using a “mechanic” from click mechanic last week…. He didn’t even pop the hood and then proceeded to say that he’s sorted the problem and then told me that I would need to replace the EGR… and it was a lie… The gentleman who came today not only diagnosed that the dps was blocked… he spent an hour cleaning it properly…. He also said that there was no problem with the EDR!! He also diagnosed an issue with the dps vaporiser(which I will get sorted asap) My mechanic today was bang on time, highly professional and talked me through everything.
Christian came all the way to Newport and done a very good job diagnosing the dpf problem and explaining everything to me in detail. He came on time and carried out the job efficiently
What a great service. I had a problem with my car 2 errors, so Cristian came out diagnosed it and gave it carbon clean which it worked for all of about 6 miles. Then i had another error message. I then rang Cristian back up he fitted me in the next morning came out and done a swirl flap delete and remap. He then came on test drive to ensure nothing came back. Fantastic no more error message. Fast as responsive service couldn't ask for a better service. I will be using again in about a year to ensure the carbon deposits are keep to a minimum. GL7 area
Amazing service from Cristian, he explained everything thoroughly before advising carbon clean and dpf clean. EML now off and car driving really smoothly. Would recommend to anyone with diesel car and dpf!
Excellent service explained things and was a great help Chris from Bath
Cristian from UK Carbon Cleaning was outstanding - excellent communications arrived the next day, polite, clear in his advice and was very thorough in his complete flushing of the emissions system - very highly recommended professional.
Cristian worked on my recently aquired bmw 330d m sport x drive. His thorough review of the cars condition and his very helpful driving tips were much appreciated. I immediately noticed the vehicles considerably enhanced responses and a new eagerness to rev. Surprised to see an improved mpg figure despite some spirited driving. Many thanks.
Christian was incredibly helpful and gave me lots of advice, I would highly recommend him for any dog problems
Christian arrived on time and outlined the process. He then looked a the fault codes on his laptop and addressed each one in order. He then used a variety of cleaning fluids to clean the carbon off the filters. Engine now starts and runs. A post cleaning run down a motorway is then required to burn off the residue. Cristian provided a good and professional sevice in sorting out this adblu and blocked filter job. Roger.
I have only positive things to say about this company and their local tech Cristian. Very professional and explained each stage of the work. He never tried to hard sell anything and took my plans for the car into consideration helping me fe what I needed and didn’t need. Saved me money and kept car on the road!
I had a DPF clean from these guys and seriously I couldn't be happier. The magic this guy performed was brilliant, also such a nice guy, shows you everything happening in real time being super helpful with other problems to be sorted. If you want the job done.... Call these guys. 5 star service start to finish
I have used UKCC Auto Techs Technician, Cristian Nicolaie twice to help with a DPF issue on my diesel Toyota Yaris, and I honestly couldn’t recommend him highly enough. On both occasions, he was exceptionally helpful from start to finish. He was really easy to deal with when arranging the appointment, turned up on time, was incredibly efficient and got the job done quickly. He’s also a genuinely lovely, trustworthy guy, which makes such a difference when you’re dealing with anything to do with your car. What I particularly appreciated was that he was still happy to help afterwards when I had some questions about my car. Nothing was too much trouble. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever and would 100% recommend Christian and this company. If you have a DPF issue, definitely give them a call, you won’t regret it!
I engaged UKCC to perform an assessment of an issue the garage wanted £3500 to resolve. UKCC quickly identified the problem as being a faulty pressure sensor. The cost of the replacement sensor and UKCC's initial charge of £90 was £400. A massive saving. Matt from UKCC was courteous, he kept me informed throughout and above all was honest. I highly recommend UKCC for these very reasons. I will use them again when needed.
On time and a fantastic service. Christian was very knowledgeable and professional.
Cristian was very informative regarding diagnostics. Explained everything that was going on. Carbon cleaned the engine. He does what it says on the tin. Can't be faulted. Shall use again if needed
Christian visited me for a DPF clean on a van with an engine management light on. The engine was carbon cleaned and also DPF. He diagnosed a faulty sensor which was the reason the dpf had clogged. He is very knowledgeable and professional in his approach. After the fitting of a new sensor by a local garage I then experienced an issue as the sensor hadn't been commissioned onto the ecu, it was a Friday evening and the garage was closed, but Christian came back out to reset the system and get the van back on the road, a true professional and an overall top man ... thank you
Outstanding service car feels like new? I had a egr delete and a map. Christian was very professional zero issues top lad to be fair. The car has never felt like this and I have gained about 8/10 mpg on a 3ltr twin turbo so I’m now getting 45ish mpg at normal driving. A nice smooth map too overall 10/10
Christian arrived when he said he did and what a experiense it has was. He got to work promtly, plugged into my bmw 335d and bought up the faults and started rectifying them and showned me the progress as it wad happening and gave me tips on what to do to keep these faults from reappearing. Honestly i can say i met a mechanic who is honest in what he does and says which is rare these days, friendly mannered i could go on and on. I can hightly recommend christian, if you have dpf issues this is your man. Will be seeing you again hopefully for a remap, Thanks for your help much much appreciated
I decided to get my car Carbon cleaned plus a DPF clean. The technician Christian was fantastic and so helpful and offered great advice and put things in simple terms. I could not recommend this company enough as they are fantastic
Such professionals. I had a problem with my dpf and after getting a lot of mixed opinions from different garages, some even recommended i write the car off, Christian came in and changed all that in a matter of a few hours. He explains every stage clearly and clearly understands what he is doing. I am surely coming back for remapping on my car and i highly recommend his services.
I was visited by Cristian who carried out carbon cleaning as a first step. This did the job brilliantly. No need for further investigation. Cristian did a great job and went above and beyond. He also gave some great advice on future care. 10 stars from me. Thank you Cristian
Matt was great to deal with, from my initial enquiry and discussion on the services available through to the diagnosis and work carried out on the car. All prices were made clear up front and work was carried out to a great standard. Would highly recommend.
Had the 4-stage Carbon Cleaning mobile service carried out at my home. Very professional and talked me through each stage and how it works. My Mini diesel engine sounded so much better when he finished! Would highly recommend.
Ordered the service, the technician Christian came next day. Very professional and informative with a friendly manner, he explained the procedures and results as he went along. I had carbon cleaning, turbo cleaning, and dpf cleaning service, and he discovered a leak in a hose which I will attend to. Very satisfied customer.

Matt is great. Punctual, friendly knowledgeable and thorough and thoroughly enjoyed the chat. The car runs so smoothly and just sounds so quiet and refined. A very happy customer.
Talked to Winston on the phone first. He talked me through what checks he would do when he came out and what the possible fixes might be, plus prices. He came out and arrived when expected, he's very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He didn't talk down to me (as a woman with car issues can sometimes get). He managed to fix the issue with the DPF filter, quickly and reasonably cheaply. The car has never run so well. He spotted something else whilst with my car and then followed up with a full explanation of what to do about that potential issue, if needed. I can't thank you enough :D
Christian from UKCC Auto Techs South West provided an excellent and thorough service. Cleaned the DPF and EGR valve. Car now running great. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended.
Matt really helped us out today. He diagnosed the issue in less than 5 mins, outlined repair options and talked them through in immense detail. We went for the forced dpf regen, which was the cheapest and most effective option. The fix took less than an hour and avoided the far more expensive and lengthy options of using chemicals or removing the dpf. Our family car now runs like new! Matt showed an exceptional depth of knowledge and understanding of the car both in terms of electronics and mechanics. He has a wealth of experience and tech awareness that I doubt is matched by any of his competition. I highly recommend him and his company
First time having the cars carbon cleaned and amazed that both run more smoothly and the A1 has lost its hesitation, the A3 is much more responsive. Christian was re assuring with the process and all was very professional.
The man turned up on time, was very professional and polite. He explained everything very clearly and provided an excellent service.
I highly recommend this company, Matt came and sorted my car, the DPF filter was clogged up and Matt did diagnostic checks on it and was able to also point out about other possible problems that a garage would be able to look into, he was very thorough and knowledgeable, I couldn’t recommend Matt highly enough, he was very professional and knew exactly what he was talking about, it was only a couple of days from calling that I got my appt and my car is now all sorted. Thank you so much Matt, it’s such a relief to have my car back to normal and thank you for your very quick response to fix the problem. Absolutely fantastic company, couldn’t fault them.
Christian managed to replace the DPF sensor and clean the DPF the very next day after me contacting him about the engine management light appearing on my Merc. This helped me tremendously with a long trip in the car scheduled the next day. He left me with clear instructions on how to proceed in order to safely complete the regeneration process when using the car. The Engine management light has now cleared and the car is now running well. Excellent service from Christian.
Christian was on time and he got the job done very quickly without any mess or any problems. He was very courteous and polite, He fully explained what he was doing and why very clearly and precisely, obviously passionate about his job. I noticed a positive change in my cars performance straight away.

Had a fault on my Nissan Juke which Nissan told me was probably going to be 8 new injectors at £500 each, another garage suggested I get them cleaned so I called Cristian. He was amazing from start to finish. He said it was unlikely the injectors and continued to run tests on my car for about an hour. He suggested we try a new sensor which we ordered on Sunday, it arrived today (Tuesday) we fitted it and it solved the problem. 4 independent garages and Nissan couldn’t diagnose the problem and Cristian took the time to help us. We are so grateful! Thank you so much! Highly recommend

He was very helpful and polite; worked quickly and efficiently. He came back the following day to help fit and check a replacement sensor which I had purchased after the first service. Red called various car part stores to find me the best price and then went the extra mile for me by collecting the part for me. He could of easily told me wrong Information but he was honest. Had an issue where the valve needed to be unplugged, but Matt was very patient and attentive in dealing with me and arranged for the car to be taken to a local mechanic to unplug the valve for me. Politeness quick and easy and came to house in Bristol on time, easy.
I've had issues with my car since March this year. The car kept on going into limp mode and was told by main dealer that it needed a new cat convertor, had that replaced but it was still going into limp mode, than told it was the rail pressure sensor, so changed that, the car immediately went back into limp mode, was then told I would need the fuel injectors replacing....I had enough so did more research and found UKCC Auto Techs. Technician came to my home, ran the cleaning process....I noticed immediately how great my engine sounded, took for a spin, now my car is running beautifully.
UKCC came to my home and completed their work in a short space of time for thousands of pounds less than I was quoted elsewhere and with amazing result! Extremely happy I found these guys through Google as Matt was very knowledgeable and amiable and I would recommend to everyone Services Service not listed
Hey. If anyone have some issues with DPF, EGR or related, highly recommend these guys. Had a p200200 fault and check light on, on my Audi A6 c7, Matt solved it . Carbon cleaning and remapping been done on my car , fault gone and car works well. Many thanks.
Jason knows his stuff and after being informed by a local VW dealer that our Touareg was not worth repairing (it’s 11 years old) as it would be close to £5000 of work required to get the engine operating correctly again Jason worked his magic - he explained everything, was attentive to every aspect and even waited for me to test the vehicle on a 20 minute test drive. The Touareg felt like it had with just a few thousand miles on the clock. 4 months on it shows no signs of any issues with the DPF or other aspects of the engine concerns.
I had a Stage 1 - Hydrogen Cleaning, Stage 2 - Injector Cleaning, Stage 3 - Chemical Cleaning For my Audi A3 what a difference this makes very impressed with the customer service and the service that I received thank you so much take care I will be using you again on my next cars that’s for sure thank you
I had an issue with my car , loosing power, check engine light on , traction control light on and many other warning lights. I went to Mazda dealer and informed me that exhaust pipe is completely blocked. and it's gonna cost me 1280 ???? to change it. I called UKCC AUTO TECHS and spoke with their technician named MATT. he did the inspection and he gave me the solution. and it was 60 pounds ???? exhaust pressure sensor. and the car returned to normal situation. All warning lights went off. save me 1280 pound. DON'T TRUST MAZDA DEALER.
In these days of diminishing standards where service seems to be a thing of the past , What a totally refreshing change ! The level of knowledge and experience is that of a main dealer or better ! We have used Christian 4 times now and would recomend with no hesitation . Well done and thank you for looking after our customers so well , Kindest regards Matthew Weston motor hub

Once arrived he quickly got to work with the diagnostics and then cleaning the DPF for me. Before leaving Jason gave me lots of helpful information and how to keep my dpf clean, 100% recommend! Thank you very much again!

Matt is a great person and a true professional. He came to my home and carried out a full 3-stage carbon clean, EGR bypass, and Stage 1 remap. Everything was done very professionally and smoothly. Highly recommended!
My Citroen Relay alerted me of a blocked DPF and subsequently gone into limp mode leaving me van less. I contacted UKCC Auto tech and arranged a mobile visit from Jason within a day or so. Jason cleared the fault, cleaned the filter and provided a wealth of information to explain the reasons behind the problem. At the time of the visit I took advantage of Jason's suggestion and allowed him to carry out re-mapping. So pleased with the result. The van is on a different level completely now and is an absolute pleasure to drive, no more sluggish overtaking or risky pull-outs onto roundabouts. Excellent!
Had a remap done on my Audi and also had engine management light on for a fault that I believed to be repaired by the garage I booked it in with, turns out it was something different entirely and the technician repaired this electrical fault and now my car is better than it was in more ways than one, the service was fantastic and will 100% use them again Services Electrical, Vehicle engine diagnostic, Electrical repair
I've contacted Matt from UKCC after my car, Audi 2.0tdi ultra has started throwing P2002 fault code. Matt has come to my home address and he talk me through all steps to resolve this issue. He has completed 3 stage carbon clean, did EGR cooler adjustments and remapped the engine for better efficiency and performance. I did feel the noticeable improvement straight away, way better acceleration, less vibration, much smoother and most importantly no more error codes on the dash. He was very professional, explained everything very well and gave me some additional advice regarding how to take a good care of my car going forward. Everything was done as agreed and on time. I'm very pleased, thank you.

Great service and result, good communication throughout and flexibility. Resolved an ERG error on a VW T6 Transporter
I had been having issues and even though I am technically savvy my Audi had 160k miles on so thought I would get it fully cleaned including DPF. They did a full diagnostic and although it was not their job, found an underlying issue that could be overcome which meant that I did not need the DPF clean. Very honest and professional! After the engine clean the car is back to being powerful and picks up without any lag. Thanks
Shame i can only rate it up to 5 stars because in my opinion it deserves 10 !!! Excellent service and customer care. Thank you guys so much !! Services Vehicle engine diagnostic
Great service. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Matt’s a good guy highly recommended.
Cristian was friendly, helpful and efficient. The carbon clean was effective to lower diesel emissions to pass MOT and he also advised me about what may have caused this and to prevent in the future. It was straightforward to book and pay. Thank you very much.

27 May 2021. Matt Wallace came and remapped my Bmw M Sport Shadow. Spent hours here, but it didn't work, car wouldn't start and had loads of permanent errors through no fault of Matts, or anyone else's. ECU was on the way out anyway I've now been informed by a Bmw mechanic friend of mine. 5 June 2021. After keeping me informed over the weekend and through the week, even messaging me at 23:30 at one point to give a progress update, Matt Wallace came back with a replacement ECU, as the old one was destroyed for some reason. Connected it, checked it for faults, started the car and I drove it off. 136-184 Bhp. Works like a dream and Matt kept his word and rectified the problem, whatever it was. Top notch, professional, informative and thorough service. Positive Professionalism Services Electrical
Wow 5***** all the way what a service fast and effectively professionally carried out. The guy has all the latest equipment I was in and out with the car snapping!! Very impressed 100% recommend!! Will definitely tell my associates about this company!! Thanks again
Brilliant job! The car is running better than ever. Redha explained everything in detail.
Ciaran Harvey was brilliant, he came to check out my car and explained the process thoroughly, I checked a few other options in the area but they seemed the most comprehensive. Soon after the RPM's on my idle were down, the car was much quieter and the emissions from the exhaust were obsolete. Highly recommend.
Radha was very professional and kept me updated every stage of the work. Advised me on how to keep the vehicle in tip top running condition. A good job all round, thank you Radha.
I phone redha he exain the process over phone then came out same day .He showed me all readings explained the problem and told me how he would fix then did the dpf claen an carbon clean then he showed me all readings again now its like new van absolutely brilliantl service very professional would recommend to any one saved me a fortune thanks so much redha
I couldn’t recommend Matt enough he is an extremely knowledgeable/honest guy! not only can he do the jobs,he can break it down and tell you exactly why.what and how each part works and what’s required to maintain your vehicle Complete professional from start to finish and even after-care
Had redha sarhani come today to do a stage 3 carbon clean on my m140i, the process was excellent, along with his professionalism. He had phoned before coming also informed me about him running late due to the snow which wasnt a problem for me anyway. He explained what the chemicals did and how my car would react to them and I must say the test drive after he completed it was amazing, I am over the moon with the outcome, car feels brandnew and the fuel consumption is a lot lower. Ive found that I was missing power because upon applying throttle it pulls me into my seat which I have never felt, 10/10 for this guy. I'll definitely be back in a year for another one doing, you won't be disappointed. Thanks again mate.
Excellent knowledge of work to do and excellent quality skill carried out. Will recommend to anyone who is in need of problem solving with their cars. Much appreciated Matt
My technician was prompt, on time, not pushy whilst working around his busy schedule and mine. Explained everything well, gave good advise, even went to the shop for me ????????????????????????????????????
Received a great service from Matt. I needed to change date which Matt accommodated easily. Matt explained everything and I was happy for him to proceed all work complete satisfactory
After logging an enquiry on the UKCC website I received a timely call from Matt. We discussed my issue over the phone and he discussed a range of options to resolve the issue. He explained the potential pros and cons very clearly with no pressure applied. The work was carried out successfully without any issues at all. I am happy to report that my car feels like it has been transformed. Smoother throttle application, improved power and an indicated lower fuel consumption. Doing business with UKCC was unfussy and very easy, I would feel comfortable recommending them. Thank you again.
Great service
Good service! Easy to arrange and arrived on time. Resolved issue of clogged DPF and car is working well again now. Running smoothly, no lights on dash anymore and start/stop works again, etc. Reasonable price as too.
Great customer service from Matt. Friendly and knowledgeable chap, easy to book a mobile service which was super convenient. The job was done very professionally and efficiently. Had an EGR valve needed replacement, a local garage gave me a hugely expensive repair quote. Sorted the problem with Matt for half the cost...and got an engine power increase as a bonus! Would recommend whithout hesitation.
Best service...quality work.
This is the second time I have used UKCC and especially Redha, a few years ago with my Lexus, and today with my Mercedes, both with dpf issues, he is so very good at what he does, he will explain everything he is doing in detail, very thorough and gets the job done, I couldn’t recommend him enough.
I sent an email enquiring whether carbon cleaning would be appropriate for my car late in the evening and received a call back at 0900 the following day. After discussion, I booked an appointment for 1100 that morning. Cristian arrived on time and was friendly and professional. He explained the process, and the job was completed in 45 mins. I was concerned that I was going to have a large workshop bill to solve the issue of excessive carbon in my engine, but this 3 stage process has cleared my error code and got the car running smoothly again. Very relieved!
Couldn't be more satisfied with UKCC Auto Techs. Matt came round to my location in a car park and carried out a stage 3 carbon clean on my car and can really feel the difference it has made to my vehicle. Highly recommend very convenient with meeting me at my specific location too. Positive Professionalism, Value Services Service not listed

Had a bit of a weather problem on the day that my car was booked for the full monty map and clean . Had my engine clean and map the following day . The service was good they came to me , Custom map and clean in around an hour and half . Car took the map well . Was told by another company that it would be necessary to remove the ECU and program it on the bench . This guy has all the latest software and was able to do everything through the OBD port . Extremely happy with the service.
My experience was very good from the initial evaluation online to the excellent service provided by the mechanic on site. He arrived when he said he would, he carried out the service quickly and offered some great advise. I would highly recommend them

I had great results from the stage 3 Engine Carbon clean. Matt came to my work place, was professional and knowledgable. I have a Audi A6 2.0 TDI, 160,000 miles. The clean took about an hour. I was very impressed on the drive home from work (about 7 miles) my MPG jumped from the usual 34 to 42 MPG. It was running so cool the temperature gauge barely moved. Normally sits about quarter way up the gauge on that run. Will be calling Matt again next year for sure.
Great service had my car carbon cleaned within 24 hours of booking. Can't recommend highly enough.
Very highly recommended!!! Excellent service by Christian on my RangeRover 3.0L V6 Sport. Clear communication, prompt response, turned up on time, was polite and clearly explained the work he was going to carry out. This was completed, on my drive, in a very agreeable time scale. I have yet to drive the car, but have no doubt that it will be a massive improvement on the service received so far. Thanks Christian!!!

Good Afternoon, I am writing this to show my appreciation and give full credit to Redha Sarhani. Upon arrival to the very end Redha was extremely professional and even more so helpful in my other queries I asked. Extremely happy with the dpf clean Redha carried out followed by the recommendations and knowledge he also gave me when I asked. Will definitely be returning to have the stage 3 carbon clean very soon. Top work Redha, Keep it up Kane (CREWE)
A1 ....really happy with the service I received
Absolutely thrilled with the work carried out by Reda, his work is exceptional everything mentioned on the call was carried out. I originally booked Reda for a DPF clean but because of his knowledge and how open and honest he was I ended up getting a quids in package for a stage 1 remap and DPF clean. I have to say since the work has been carried out the car drives amazing so responsive and yes I'm very happy with the work and knowledge Reda showcased on the day.
This professional service made a massive difference to the performance of my vehicle. I have a 2.0 tdci Ford from 2008, and went for the 3 way EGR and turbo, Injectors and Hydrogen clean. After the car was treated I was doing wheel spins all over the place in all gears. It took me the best part of a day to readjust how much less throttle I needed to apply. Mpg up from 32 in city to 36 in city. The engine is smoother as well. The best part is it seems to have fixed the issue I had with raw desiel clouds be ejected from my exhaust.
Cristian came to my home today to carry out a Carbon clean on my van as I’ve been having an EGR fault present itself on the instrument cluster. After the work was carried out the fault was cleared and the van drives like new! Very quick and efficient service would highly recommend Cristian top bloke! ????

Excellent service and completed at home so also very convenient. Would definitely recommend this company
Great service...
Top class outfit good guys great service defo use again
Horrible feeling knowing you're facing a bill of £2000 for a replacement DPF on a Range Rover. 1 call to Cristian and he came 3 days later and solved all my problems for a fraction of the price at just £339.00 Really friendly - great advice Thank you
This boys know what they are doing The Guvnor Matt Excellent result
The car is pulling like a train and somehow I am using less fuel. Matt was a pleasure to deal with and the work was all done with no fuss. I have recommended him to my father in law which is a vote of confidence!

An excellent outcome, saved a mint - HC’s were MOT failure level - unheard of. Fault codes now all gone, CATs clean, injectors clean, was quiet anyway, and engine now beyond what I knew possible! Stick to shell v- power, and at least be wary of plant based fuel issues/cheap fuel!
Had my Audi Q7 carbon cleaned and remapped by Christian today very happy with his services will be recommending him to others good job
Matt Wallace came to my house on Thursday 28th May to remap my 2017 bmw 118i m sport shadow edition. Through no fault of his or mine, the car wouldn't start and had loads of permanent errors. Matt was here a good few hours trying to rectify the problem but to no avail. It turns out the ECU was destroyed. Matt kept in contact with me through out the week, even messaging me at 23:30 for a progress update. He acquired a new ECU, put it in the car today, 5 June 2021 and now its back to normal, with the new map, and 186BHP. I was sceptical but hes a man of his word and came back to rectify problem.
Thank you very professional thank you
Matt was very professional and completed the work in good time. Very happy with the outcome and performance of the new remap. Would highly recommend to anyone.
This company and this technician get 10 out 10 from the booking process right thru to job completion. Matt arrived on time. Thoroughly explained the results of the diagnostic procedures and then explained how he was going to fix any problems and how much it would cost me. Whatever he did has worked a treat and I would highly recommend him.

Outstanding My car feels like new and MPG is amazing after the treatment, would recommend 100%
A difficult job to start off with... Matt took full ownership of the job in hand and overcame some pretty tricky issues all at his own time and expense. Car all completed now and a very satisfied customer at the end of it!!! Great service and approach to customer service
Very knowledgeable, polite and honest, recommend it to every one and my cars now drive better and not so noisy really worth the money will use it again
I had my DPF cleaned as well as a Carbon Clean by Ciaran. And what can I say, excellent stuff. Ciaran really knows his stuff, explained everything to me in great detail, didn't mind me watching, and did a tremendous job! He was a superb gentleman throughout the whole process, walking me through what he was going to do, the price it's going to cost, and making sure I was okay with everything he was doing. He was took great care with my car and my car drives like it was brand new now! Couldn't recommend him more. Just a really really nice guy, who is excellent at his job. Thanks Ciaran!
Matt was very communicative on the phone and explained whist not promising it would fix the cylinder miss fire on my Seat Ibiza 1.8 20v Turbo. He recommended the stage three clean and we booked and made the appointment. Matt called me on the day confirming he was in his way and arrived on time. He explained he had done some research and recommended a cheaper stage 2 clean. With this done I drove home and have run the car a few times over the Christmas break clearing the error codes and am very happy that now with some miles done allowing the process to continue no miss fires or error’s
Winston arrived promptly was knowledgable, honest and gave the right advice . He performed a carbon clean, 60 minutes , and after the service I was pleased to see the vehicle seemed to drive smoothly. Very pleased and satisfied customer .
He arrived, did the job perfectly.. and left. Couldn't want for a better service. I will only use Matt for this kind of work as he exceeds the others. Best price, best knowledge, best character. simple, no need to look for anyone else. ( the others made excuses to charge £100 more.. and you had to go to them!)
Absolutely fantastic was here for about 2 hours .Customer service was amazing Car is running sweet and while he was doing it all he was showing me the readings and the difference and the end result and what a difference it made . Check engine light removed Dpf light removed Happy days Cheers Cristian and thanks to the vehicle technician
Very professional and polite person. Good quality work highly recommended
Wow what a difference. I know what carbon cleaning and remapping can do but the results are amazing. The second car is used by my better half at 1st she thought is was a gimmick but after her test drive once Matt had finished. She was well over the moon. And I got brownie points ????????????
Tony arrived at the time we agreed on. Very polite and funny. He looked at what we thought was the issue to be told that it’s not what we thought and doesn’t need to be cleaned out just a new sensor. Which he advised me what to get as he doesn’t supply sensors. But was very knowledgable on what was needed.
Exceptional knowledge and exceptional customer service :) Went above and beyond to rectify the issue with my car. Thank you so much
Ciaran provided an excellent service, not trying to oversell, just gives what the car needs: I ha an engine decoke and also a remap to remove swirl flaps that so often cause issues. The map has not only removed the swirl flap issue but the car is more responsive and feels lively; I really feel the combination of the works has made a big difference. I would definitely recommend
I was very hesitant in the beginning, that is also why I left leaving a review for nearly 2 months. The car had a warning relating to the EGR valve (diagnosed by a garage on my service). I contacted this company after seeing the reviews. The engineer turned up, nice guy, explained everything that he was doing, and why he was doing it (educating me as I was not as familiar). The warning light was still on after the work which was an issue, although he mentioned this just needed resetting. Since then, no warning light and the car is running perfectly. Saved me a lot of money, Thanks!
Good professional service problem solved very pleased
Great job detailed all the very good car running great very happy will use again
Fantastic work and Matt was really polite explaining the whole process, will be recommending to friends and family!
Before the engine clean my 2009 2.0 jaguar X-Type diesel suffered from heavy greyish smoke under acceleration With an occasional flat spot. Not any more. MPG And throttle response also improved. I highly recommend this company/engineer and the service.
Very knowledgeable and talked me through the process. Explained everything he found wrong with my car and made recommendations about how best to fix it. Would recommend and will be booking again!
Top man, very reliable. Kept me updated from his journey to me upon till the work is completed. Gave me good advice about the maintenance of my work horse. Will definitely recommend.
Originally called out for DPF clean and remap, he checked my car and informed me that my DPF was actually absolutely fine and so no need to clean it. This saved me a large amount of money and I was very grateful for his honesty. A job like this somebody could easily continue the works and cash in. Very honest man. He proceeded to check the health of the car etc before remapping the vehicle. This was done very efficiently and only took about 45 mins or so, and it has given my car a very noticeable power increase. Thanks very much for your work. Much appreciated
Red was on time reliable and friendly, work was completed in time frame I was told,I would recommend red to anyone who needs his services, I will definitely use red again if needed in future.

If you want your car to run as a brand new one carbon cleaning are more than capable to do this. I had DPF problems and the car was not running properly. A lot of smoke and turbo issues. After I had the carbon clean the DPF regen light has not came on any more the car has better mpg less smoke and better drive. Highly recommended. Thumbs up for Cristian!

Brilliant work...
Professional, informative and competitively priced. Happy customer.
The work took 1 hour and was 100% satisfactory
I called up Winston and asked if I could have a diagnostic check on my vauxhall astra as it felt a bit sluggish, as he checked it using the diagnostic machine there was a faulty camshaft sensor, Winston advised me where to go and what part to get so I got the part and Winston fitted it for me, really nice bloke and a great laugh. Would 100% recommend Winston to any one in the future. Great service and great bloke.
I had been having issues with my DPF for a while and was considering getting a new one fitted, sadly this was way out of my budget, so I found Carbon Clean on a Google search. When I called them, they could not have been more helpful and friendly, booking the engineer was easy and Tony arrived at the agreed time. As with my initial contact, he was also very helpful, friendly and professional. Every part of the job was explained to me before he started and when he did, his work was clean and tidy. He gave me advice to prolong the DPF. The car has never ran so well since he fixed it. Brilliant!
This is now the second vehicle Winston has carbon cleaned for me highly recommend this process to anyone smoother drive in general, more responsive and slightly quieter engine thanks again.
Winston the engineer was friendly and did a great job I have used Winston twice before and will continue taking my car to him for carbon cleans you really notice the difference Top bloke and top service
Winston was brilliant, highly knowledgeable and very pleasant and personable. I will use him again and definitely would recommend him.
I loved the work. The guy was really honest about what he said and he met the standards of what I was expecting.
Was very happy with the work, the guy was amazing and even found out what was wrong with the car after it has driven me mad for months, I would highly recommend these guys without any doubt.
The work was just what I wanted, Winston was great and so polite.
Fantastic work it took longer than he thought but still payed the same worth every penny.
Excellent service took about one hour flexible appointments on the drive
Winston was very professional and courteous. He called after I had booked the appointment online, to check my requirements and confirm the appointment. He arrived on time (early, which was fine), did a thorough job, explaining what he was doing as he went along, and he made sure that the car was running well before he left. Great service. I’d recommend him to my friends, and will use him again if necessary.
Great friendly service, very polite and helpful. Did the trick, was expecting to pay out for a new turbo as there was a grinding noise on acceleration. Took it for a drive straight after, foot down no grinding noise, nice one Winston.
Winston was a pleasure to deal with
Excellent service, done the job in the agreed time of 2 hours and charged quoted price. Just taken car out for a test drive it was like driving a different car. Very pleased with service, would recommend.
James did 2 engine carbon cleans on my 2 vehicles today, explained everything he was doing and carried it out in a professional manner. A very nice guy and would highly recommend him.
The members of staff was very polite, his customer service was excellent. Definitely will be using him again. Thank you
Clean and tidy. Cured the limp mode but the engine management came back later. Suspect it may be the dp filter.
Good friendly service, well worth the money.
Great service came to my house plugged my car in and read fault codes, then did a carbon clean which the guy left on for longer then needed to ensure a good clean. My car has alot more power and has cleared engine management fault on my turbo causing limp mode. Vincent even came back out 2 days later and 're plugged my motor in to read fault codes and all clear and no extra was charged for this visit. Great service all round well recommended.
Matt was brilliant from the get go. I had taken my car to a traditional garage and they didn't have a clue how to deal with the problem. Once the fault was fully diagnosed, Matt was confident my car could be fixed in a few hours and that proved to be the case. He answered all of my questions about how to stop the DPF from clogging up again and his service was brilliant. This fault needs specialist help and Matt and his team are the ones to fix your car. All the best to him and the team.
Very pleased with the results. Will be using again.
I received excellent service from Matt. He went the extra mile to drop me off at work before he worked on my car and it was good as gold by the time I closed from work.
Excellent! work an good job
1-2 hours. great work ...
Good job done...
Fantastic job done
I was impressed by the reviews and decided to get my engine cleaned. The process was easy and quick. The results were amazing. It was previously lumpy at low revs, swift but not really fast at 95000 miles. After the clean it has far more torque, is very smooth and goes like it was supposed to! I'm not sure about mpg yet as it's such a lot of fun that the MPG may have suffered! I'm sure that with the better torque it will be more economical. This process appears so simple that until you've had it done you wonder if it really will work. Well it does work really well. Very pleased.
Excellent service, Winston was friendly and helpful. Kept me informed about the appointment and explained the process in full. Recommended.
Winston was brilliant he took time out to explain the issue in an easy understanding manner. I would highly recommend the company.
Very high standard of work if someone does a job for me I want to be pleased with the end results I am more than pleased, thanks.
I called Winston to clean my engine. Highly recommended. Mobile and convenient. Car feels smoother and quieter, process was fully and clearly explained. Very professional and good value for money. Thanks a lot.
Very professional and great equipment to solve the problem and then fixed
I’ve had this done to my vehicle before and was very pleased with the outcome, it’s been about 2 years since I had it done and since It’s got a bit colder my car has felt a bit sluggish when cold so thought I’d get it done again and immediately felt the difference as soon as I pulled off the drive. I recommend that anyone thinking of getting this done to give it a go, you will not be disappointed with the results. Quieter engine, more responsive no longer struggling to start. The engineer was friendly, more than happy to entertain my nosiness and explain the procedures he was performing.
Excellent work carried out and the effects of the clean are amazing my lexus is more responsive it has more power and much better on fuel
My cars done 20600 after work done car running so smooth can really notice. Well recommend this to anyone.
My Mercedes engine management light was on and the car was in limp mode. I thought the car would have to go to main dealer. After Matt worked his Cleaning Magic and showed me the readings before and after, the car is now as good as new no EML and the car goes like a rocket. Thank you UK Carbon Cleaning.
Great job.
Brought my car back to life! Car was very sluggish and kept going into limp mode, yasir was very knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed and did his job to an amazing standard. Thank you
Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Explained everything and also recommended a new dpf sensor as mine is giving false readings. Very knowledgeable and will be recommending this service to others.
Very happy with Tony honesty and his knowledge doing the work.
Excellent work.
Tony carried out the work to a very high standard, his time and professionalism was superb. I was informed prior to the work starting of all the faults on the car and the reasons behind them. I was informed about the faulty sensor I needed to replace and the cost before work was carried out. During the work I was sent regular updates and photos of the process and explained to what was happening. Once finished I was shown all the work carried out and the new readings of pressures and that no fault codes were now flagged up by the car. Overal a quality job by an experienced technician, thanks Tony.
Cristian was professional and friendly. Explained the process as we went. Carbon Cleaning has made a difference to my L200 (226000miles) in terms of performance, noise and visible soot emissions out of the back. I will be booking my Merc Sprinter in soon. Thanks.
Tony was very professional and gave me several tips on how to treat my engine in the future, very helpful nothing was to much trouble. The car now runs better than at any other time in the past I would recommend this procedure to anyone with a similar problem.
Very professional, second time I've used Winston and once again very pleased with his work. Would highly recommend.
Initially spoke to Matt about DPF warning light coming on over the phone. After a number of question and telling him about the history of vehicle. I was confident I had found the right company. Matt answered all my questions before the job and after and was able to breakdown everything in a very clear way that I could understand. Matt was on site for around 3hrs and completed the job, identifying the cause of the DPF warning light coming on. Nice to find yet another trader you have confidence in and would definitely recommend to family and friends. Thanks Matt.
Very professional, knowledgeable and great value for money! Would highly recommend! Seen great mpg gains. Made a car with 140k on the clock feel like new!
Yasir the technician was professional, carried out the dpf clean and hydrogen clean of the engine. The results were astounding, exceptional performance, improved mpg and more power. I was very impressed with the overall service. I decided to use this company based on a google search and it was reassuring to find it was recommended on Checkatrade. Overall extremely satisfied and would highly recommend to others requiring a DPF Clean.
Improved MPG, very happy.
Excellent, honest service that has made a difference.
Great work, the engine instantly feels more responsive and quieter. Wish I'd had it done earlier. Now feels like new. Very happy.
Very nice guy. Work was to a high standard. Would definitely recommend carbon cleaning
Visited by the lovely Matt today. Got told by my mechanic that my dpf was blocked. Not the case. Matt got to the bottom of the problem in no time. Always explaining everything in layman' s terms so that I could understand. Very honest. Highly appreciated and would recommend to anyone. Explained how to keep my car going. Absolutely loved them. My best find so far. Definitely worth keeping the number (just in case). Done a full engine clean. My husband is over the moon with the car. Thank you so much.
Matt was really helpful and explained the whole procedure to me and I was happy to go ahead. He also managed to squeeze me in the same day. I had a DPF light up on my car which he diagnosed and told me the DPF was actually fine but it was the egr valve that was the problem, he told me the cleanse of the engine would have a very good chance of resolving the problem. Matt Did not proceed with nothing without informing me first, he is a very honest guy. The car used to jerk and stall and shake but now it drives better than ever. I’m so pleased with the job Matt has done at such a good price.
Very courteous, on time, explained thoroughly the process.
Full stage 3 done by Yasir sound guy fully professional explained the whole process and how often things regarding mantinence should be done couldn't recommend enough.
Sociable people. Perfect specialist.
DPF issue on a Audi A5 (2008) for the past 12 months. Attempts to resolve the issue using other agents had all failed. Was quoted £2000 by Audi for a new DPF filter and labour over the phone. After all the headache in just a few hours Matt from UK Carbon Cleaning was able to diagnose the issue, give advice on what was causing the DPF to not operate efficiently (faulty glow plugs and sensor), source the replacement part (DPF sensor), fit the new sensor and decarbonizes the engine. The work was carried out for less than the estimate and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Thank.
Great work no lights now on the dash car has power again what more can you want price was very good spoke to a few other companies but this place was half the price and fast. Very recommended??????
I had James Parker complete a stage 3 clean on my E92 335i BMW and I really couldn't be happier with the result, great service and seen instant results with the performance and MPG of the car, I would highly recommend.
From start to finish I was really happy with this company, from 1st phone call I was talked through the whole process with detail. We arranged a date and time convenient for me . The whole job went smoothly with very professional and polite service. I could not fault them at all. Excellent work. On time. Very detailed and happy to help. Made my 10 year old focus feel like new. Would highly recommend using this service to any and I will be using them again. Thanks UK Carbon Cleaning.
Had work carried out by Yasir. The guy knows his stuff and talked me through exactly what he will be doing and why he will be doing it. Did his diagnostic, advised the DPF sensor is faulty and needs replacing. Then advised a engine clean which will give better performance in terms of engine smoothness and MPG. Unfortunately it was hard work locating a DPF sensor for my car as it's a rare model of the Toyota Auris T180 D-CAT, local auto shops don't stock them. Managed to find the part from a Toyota Specialist and Yasir installed it. Excellent service all round.
The guy was awesome, he was very friendly and efficient in his work, done my car in couple of hours. Very recommended.
Winston done a excellent job I would 100% recommend him to others he was very professional and kept me updated throughout the work he did. He completed the work to a very high standard.
Winston Dunkley was reliable and on time. Explained everything throughout the process. Couldn't of asked for anyone better to provide the work done to my car.
Booked the appointment, no one showed up! Or answered my calls or text! Guess ill go else where. The appointment was booked at 11pm the day before, yes this is short notice however if this is a problem, then don't give the option to do so!
Great job done by Matt! He was really helpful and gave me really good advice about the car. Well worth the money and will recommend this service to anyone.
Jason was friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything. He even text me when he got home to let me know I had a brake light out! And even at my first point of contact Matt rang me within an hour of my enquiry whilst on holiday. My Impreza turbo is now much smoother and feels a bit keener as well. Money well spent. I would definitely recommend them
Very friendly, 30 min done. Car runs great.
Car is more responsive and powerful.
Matt did a brilliant job and my car now drives like a dream I couldn't be happier.
Fantastic job. Matt explained every step before actually doing it. I was always aware of what was being done to my car. Matt was very professional throughout.
Amazing, so glad I chose this company!
Work was excellent. Power and smoothness has improved. While difficult to evaluate due to stop start city driving the fuel economy improvement claim of 10 percent appears valid in my case.
Matt delivered exactly what we spoke about over the phone. He arrived on time, was knowledgeable and informative. I followed Matt's prior advice and got the car warmed up before he arrived. I then left him to it and before I knew it he was done. Having taken the car out in the afternoon I can confirm it was back to its self and the cleaning delivered some punch in the Alfa again.
My wife's Ford S-Smax has done 151,000 miles a lot of which has been towing. It has been getting decidedly more thirsty, rattly and smokey over the last year or so. I have umm'd and arggh'd as to whether the carbon cleaning process was any good or not or just a fad but made one evening made a rash decision and booked it. The process took about an hour and Matt ran a diagnostic on the car before starting the treatment. The effect is dramatic. Easier to start, quieter on tickover, turbo-lag much reduced and significantly less smokey. MPG has been much improved too. Well worth the money!
Excellent work, cars now so much more responsive and mpg has gone up too. Had Matt do my other BMW too.
Car Had over 95000 miles and was becoming sluggish and I was getting less Mpg. Since having the carbon removed the car takes off like a rocket and through out the acceleration it feels so much smoother. Job was so good I had the other car done as well
Excellent service has improved the performance of my 22yr old BMW 328i considerably. Highly recommend.
Professional from start to finish and very friendly. Great service thank you.
3 Stage Carbon Clean on Kia Ceed 1.6 Diesel. 53,000 miles. Excellent results. Turbo runs freely over the full engine range. Quieter and smoother. Currently averaging 47mpg. Very Pleased. Recommended.
Just had Matt out to carry out a Carbon Clean stage1 on my Audi A4 2006 2.0TFSI. I thought I could do with a CCstage1 due to the car being 12 years old, the engine was running okay but I could feel in the steering wheel and gear stick leaver slight hesitation, it just didn’t feel right to me (as I’m a technician at Audi) I also had smoke coming from the exhaust. After the CCstage1 I could no longer feel engine vibration, felt very smooth and was running how it should. Carried out a quick road test after which cleared up the smoke from the exhaust. I’m very happy with it now, Thanks Matt
Top job!! Matt explained everything step by step, which is a overall winner already!! Very polite gentleman and he didn't waste anytime. Two cars were given by the standard of his knowledge over the phone. He didn't disappoint!! Well done and thank you!
Matt Wallace turn up today and respectively give me a full rundown of today's operations. Truly was a pleasure dealing with the man and company who was very professional, efficient and understanding of my vehicle problems. The vehicle itself seems to have been sorted. Many thanks to Matt and UK Carbon Cleaning company. 5 Star Service.
Excellent service reliable. As I’m ex army I have a privilege card and got discount
Had stage 3 clean on my Saab 93 Aero which is a high miler. Felt under powered but after the clean which only took 45 mins it feels like a new car and it pulls like it used to. Matt was excellent explaining along the way the process. Would highly recommend.
Had 2-stage car carbon cleaning done on my Porsche Cayman S, I couldn't be happier with the service. Matt is a really nice guy and polite, pleasure to talk to. I'm really pleased with the work done and will definitely be using them again. Highly recommended.
Made my car feel much more responsive and powerful. I had an EGR fault beforehand and the stage 3 clean cleared the fault. Would recommend
I had already checked out the process, Matt was clear on what he was doing, gave sensible advice following the cleaning. There was a mistake in billing which Matt resolved without an issues.
Great service. Great products. I will be in touch again. Thank you
Matt turned up on time, went about his work in an efficient manner and explained what he was doing and how the system worked. Polite and courteous, will use his services again in the future.
Matt came and spent a long time trying to cure my little cars issues. After the work the engine light stayed off for longer than before and the car is definitely running a lot better for having the pipes and the rest of it cleaned out but alas the light returned, there must be an actual physical fault with my valve. Matt did return to try again with a different chemical but unfortunately the issue wasn't resolved, cannot fault the service though and it was good to meet someone with great knowledge and enthusiasm for the job they do. Would recommend.
Red, technician from Macclesfield UK Carbon Clean, was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. He did a fantastic job and I have no hesitation in recommending him and the company. 5* service.
Very happy with the service. Matt was on time, polite and very detailed with his descriptions of the work and process. At the end of the work he went above and beyond to make sure everything was 100%, all round top company and great people. I shall be using them every year.
Matt sounded like a decent guy but I can't recommend him Due to the messing about I was subjected to.Booked the service, 2 hours prior he called to change times, than again and again and again. The excuse was that I booked very late.. Well, not really my problem as I booked on their website according to the time slots I was given. I had to schedule my workload around this and wasted whole day waiting for him. Overall- not happy! This is obviously a time keeping feedback- no idea what his work is like. He offers another day booking and £10 discount... not sure what else to say.
Such a great job!! The car now drives as if it's new my bmw has 125,000 miles on the clock but since the carbon clean I feel like it's got so much more power and the engines more quiet. Very polite and friendly; job was done quick!!! I recommend it to everybody looking to keep there car healthy.
Had my Honda accord 3 stage cleaned. It is a very high mileage car but since matt did the work on it feels like a new car. Throttle response is amazing now a few mm on throttle makes it start to pull. He even helped me diagnose a mechanical issue with my car which he didn't have to do and turned out I need to get a fuel injector resealed. I've already recommended the service to a work colleague who had never heard of carbon cleaning. The results are amazing and it's money well spent.
Very good and professional service. Matt was very knowledgeable, courteous and on time, and the car runs much better for it.
Outstanding service, clear explanation of the process (and the technology at work), great care taken with the vehicle and all done in 30 minutes. Great results, car felt rejuvenated - totally happy.
Matt is very personable, professional and treats your car as if it was his own. Makes sure you understand the process and provides great advice. Will be using him or his team again!
Great service from Matt, third time I've used his excellent service. Would certainly recommend.
Very quick response to web inquiry. Turned up exactly on time. Did his job and cured the issue. Polite, presentable and professional. Who could ask for more!
I've used Matt's services about five times now, (on different cars), and each time it's been faultless. He's on time, efficient and effective.
Matt was so knowledgeable about the issues I had with my Audi A6, and with the carbon cleaning process. Upon first investigation, lots of back smoke was coming from the exhaust pipes, and the engine was not accelerating smoothly and sounded like a tractor! Within 30 mins the clean was complete, and I just can not believe the difference. Before even driving it, the engine was so much quieter and no black smoke coming from the exhaust. Then the drive....it feels like a new car. More refined, more power - and the hesitation upon acceleration gone. Fantastic job Matt, thank you.
A none invasive process and he does it very well. I was skeptical at first but he does a fantastic job and my engine runs like new.
Excellent, my 13 year old car has never run better since the carbon clean. Service is brilliant, such a nice guy, deserves to succeed.
No comments given.
Very friendly and knowledgeable guy.
A really friendly and professional service.
They are very knowledgeable, informative and good communication. I'm very happy with the service.
A very good service.
Just to say Matts work was to a high standard. He arrived early, focused on the task and did a great job. He completed all tasks required and ran a thorough check afterwards. Very reassuring! A genuine technician and people person. I have no concerns recommending Matt and his company.
Thank you Matt, Arrived bang on time carried out arranged work to my Audi and a bit more and some great advice .
I had the pleasure of meeting Matt today. He was on time, gave great advice, honest feedback, great sense of humour - everything you would want from your technician. Never makes you feel stupid. Explained how the remap works. I'm only disappointed he didn't take a picture of my car for his portfolio.
Cleaned DPF and engine very sufficient. Very happy with the service highly recommended.
Very good and efficient
Great advice from Cristian the technician who advised and then did the job very well thank you very much.
The technician was polite, punctual knowledgeable and very helpful, answered all my questions and advised me about the next course of action. Would highly recommend them
I made the mistake of using a “mechanic” from click mechanic last week….
Amazing service from Cristian, he explained everything thoroughly before advising carbon clean and dpf clean. EML now off and car driving really smoothly. Would recommend to anyone with diesel car and dpf!
I have only positive things to say about this company and their local tech Cristian. Very professional and explained each stage of the work. He never tried to hard sell anything and took my plans for the car into consideration helping me fe what I needed and didn’t need. Saved me money and kept car on the road!
Christian visited me for a DPF clean on a van with an engine management light on. The engine was carbon cleaned and also DPF. He diagnosed a faulty sensor which was the reason the dpf had clogged. He is very knowledgeable and professional in his approach. After the fitting of a new sensor by a local garage I then experienced an issue as the sensor hadn't been commissioned onto the ecu, it was a Friday evening and the garage was closed, but Christian came back out to reset the system and get the van back on the road, a true professional and an overall top man ... thank you
I decided to get my car Carbon cleaned plus a DPF clean. The technician Christian was fantastic and so helpful and offered great advice and put things in simple terms. I could not recommend this company enough as they are fantastic
Matt was great to deal with, from my initial enquiry and discussion on the services available through to the diagnosis and work carried out on the car. All prices were made clear up front and work was carried out to a great standard. Would highly recommend.
Christian explained the problem, cleaned the DPF and cleared the faults. He clearly explained the issues and action to take to keep the van working well in the future. Nice guy and good service.
Matt was great. One time, knowledgable and great to chat with. Engine clean and DPF clean carried out. All faults cleared and working as it should! Thanks Matt
Done what they said all worked well very satisfied
Christian carried out a DPF and carbon clean on my Mazda, he explained everything and all working now. Nice bloke and highly recommend him!
Christian from UKCC Auto Techs South West provided an excellent and thorough service. Cleaned the DPF and EGR valve. Car now running great. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended.
The man turned up on time, was very professional and polite. He explained everything very clearly and provided an excellent service.
Christian was on time and he got the job done very quickly without any mess or any problems. He was very courteous and polite, He fully explained what he was doing and why very clearly and precisely, obviously passionate about his job. I noticed a positive change in my cars performance straight away.
Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish nothing was a problem would recommend to anyone
Cristain took the time to explaine what he was doing at every stage clearly. The result was amazing and instant when I took the car for a spin. On a personal level I found Christian to be polite and informative and took pride in his job and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again. Well done!!
We were very happy with everything, the appointment was easy to book, the technician come to our house, he was very knowledgeable, tidy & friendly. Highly recommend
Excellent service and most importantly advice. I spent ages looking into why the engine light came on my dashboard for my Land Rover Freelander 2 and UKCC gave me clear advice and guidance on what to do. They upgraded my car with an extra 50HP, carbon cleaned the engine and configured the EGR bypass which caused the issue in the first place. Excellent service
Cristian was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. My car sounds and runs much smoother and quieter now and I shall definitely be booked another clean in 12 months as a regular maintenance thing. Thank you.
Christian arrived on time and with a welcoming manner. Conducted his operations, provided extended advice and help as a few issues arrised, have in the past and will use his services again in the future. Excellent service.
Cristian arrived on time and promptly diagnosed the primary fault with the car (failed DPF pressure sensor); he then completed the carbon cleaning as requested, and explained the process as we went. He was very helpful and polite; worked quickly and efficiently. He came back the following day to help fit and check a replacement sensor which I had purchased after the first service. He went above and beyond to help and ensure the best possible outcome. Service like this is rare and needs applauding when it is done well.
Called Matt on Monday as my mercedes kept going in limp mode had two other mechanics look at this and just kept going back into limp mode. Matt sorted me an appointment for Wednesday in Croydon and explained everything that he was gonna do and sounded very professional and polite after car was done he went through everything he had carried out again. Well took car for a drive and have to say its like having a new car again its driving better than when I first bought it, Matt stated if I had any problems don't hesitate to call which to me gives you absolute peace of mind. Very happy customer
Matt come and done a 3 stage carbon clean and a stage 1 remap on my golf gti had a nice chat and he done a really great job I’m really happy with the work done and will definitely use them again highly recommended
Christian had good communication on arranging the appointment and gave clear description of work being carried out. After work completed another fault was found but Christian was quick to revisit and has shown me proof on diagnostic machine that the readings are now correct of the DPF pressures. He assured me I could contact him again if I have any problems for advice.
Red was friendly on the phone and in person. He was helpful and put my worries at ease. He diagnosed the issue and explained it to me and told me my options. Luckily I only needed a sensor. Red called various car part stores to find me the best price and then went the extra mile for me by collecting the part for me. He could of easily told me wrong Information but he was honest. I thoroughly recommend giving him a call if you have any issues with your diesel car. Thanks Red, I will use this service now for another clean in near future.
Technician Red arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was very professional and explained everything in 'layman's' language. The car is now performing far better than it has been for weeks.
Getting P2002 on my RAV with permanent limp mode. Cristian came out same day, making time for me between other calls. Promptly diagnosed the problem, applied the treatment to the DPF hose, left me with extra cleaner. No recurrence of fault. Excellent service and very courteous! Would recommend and use again...
Matt arrived on time and was extremely helpful, I can highly recommend him
Christian was my technician and was great! He explained everything that was going on with the car and also suggested a solution to an ongoing problem and saved me hundreds. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to book a similar service to what I had. The car is now running perfectly.
Matt did a great job we had a few ups and downs on the way but got there in the end
Redha did a fantastic job ! Lovely helpful guy based in Macclesfield car runs lovely could not have been more helpful thanks redha
On time very professional and said how I can help keeping it clean where to fill up with diesel and he told me I got a fault on battery so I can get that sorted
Fantastic service..profesional..and very quick...
Jason was very helpful and friendly. After booking just the day before Jason kept me up to date throughout the day before arrival to let me know how long he would be. Once arrived he quickly got to work with the diagnostics and then cleaning the DPF for me. Before leaving Jason gave me lots of helpful information and how to keep my dpf clean, 100% recommend! Thank you very much again!
Wow!! Jason went above and beyond. I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone. He was an absolute legend and went the extra mile to get everything done brilliantly. I really can not thank him enough.
Excellent!
Yasir was great, friendly and knowledgeable fixed a fault that the local dealer told me would be 3K saving me a lot of money. Thanks
Excellent service highly recommended company , friendly very knowledgeable , well worth the £119 spent.
Thanks
Cristian was friendly, helpful and efficient. The carbon clean was effective to lower diesel emissions to pass MOT and he also advised me about what may have caused this and to prevent in the future. It was straightforward to book and pay. Thank you very much.
Very very good quality service very happy and pleased matt the engineer that did my service
Excellent service. Went the extra mile to sort the problem out. Definitely recommend this company.
Brilliant job! The car is running better than ever. Redha explained everything in detail.
Excellent knowledge of work to do and excellent quality skill carried out. Will recommend to anyone who is in need of problem solving with their cars. Much appreciated Matt
Yasir was very knowledgeable in explaining what was happening with each stage and after the clean was done the car ran smoother acceleration was quicker turbo and exhaust sounded alot better overall really pleased. 10/10
Fabulous job performance with car is notable would highly recommend
I had great results from the stage 3 Engine Carbon clean. Matt came to my work place, was professional and knowledgable. I have a Audi A6 2.0 TDI, 160,000 miles. The clean took about an hour. I was very impressed on the drive home from work (about 7 miles) my MPG jumped from the usual 34 to 42 MPG. It was running so cool the temperature gauge barely moved. Normally sits about quarter way up the gauge on that run. Will be calling Matt again next year for sure.
Excellent service. Arrived at my home address the following day. Very professional and efficient and resolved the issue saving the necessity for further expensive work. Highly recommended.
Very impressived with Matt today his very knowledgable about cars and I found him to be a very pleasant chap. He was on time and very experienced at what he dose his clearly in the right job has he enjoys what he dose and would recommend him Ann’s his services to my friends and family. Micheal
Matt, technician from UKCC auto techs. Provided are very quick service giving me a understanding of what he was doing to optimise my cars performance. Was very professional and car runs amazingly. 10/10 will be using in the future.
Matt was great, arrived on time, explained everything that needed to be done, did a great job. Car now running very nicely and better fuel consumption! Would highly recommend!
5 star service, the technician talked me through each part of job, he was polite, on time and left me some cleaner (free of charge) a real credit to the industry a million miles away from the usual tyre kicker ?????
Excellent service, my engineer matt was very helpful and knowledgeable about what he was doing and to be fair I noticed the difference in power and smooth running straight away, would highly recommend this company there standards and quality are unique, im extremely happy
Amazing work done, very helpful, knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!
Work was completed to a good standard, all faults were removed. Matt knows his stuff and explained in detail what he was doing as he was doing it. I would recommend and have recommended Matt to friends and family.
Excellent service and very professional ! Leaves all information to contact for even free advice. My cars working great again ??
Excellent! The engine response is very noticeable and you can feel the extra ‘urgency ‘ in the 2 turbos. Very pleased with the work
Great service by Ciaran, explained the process throughout and also provided info on preventative maintenance to keep the engine tip top going forward. Very friendly and knowledgeable guy, highly recommended!
High level of communication prior to and during the work requested, arrived on time despite my location being quite out the way Work completed within the timeframe I was told, very pleased with the result! Will be using the company again and highly reccomend to others
Very professional my car feels like brand new I'm very happy with the results! I will be recommending yasir to anyone and everyone
James Parker arrived on time, was polite and fully explained the cleaning process, he kept me informed throughout. What a difference in my van. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and would certainly use them in the future. If I was to rate James it would definitely be 10 stars he is an asset to his company.
Absolutely brilliant lad. The work was done and I was given information about the whole process throughout. Once completed my car felt like a different beast!
Ciaran is a great guy and done the job extremely efficiently. Was very approachable and was more than happy to answer any questions that I had. Very impressed with the service and I noticed the difference in my car straight away.
Tony covering the Essex area is professional, clean, tidy and did the work to the highest standards, answered all questions I had, very, very happy customer! Recommending to everyone! Top quality work from a top quality guy!
Ciaran did really GOOD job. Before he started he gave a full explanation to me. Also he finished the job carefully. After that he taught me what should I do next to help the carbon move out from the car.
Christian was really friendly and professional, he took care of my Nissan qashqai and now it's like new again !! Check engine light was on and car was in limp mode but now it's amazing, no more lights and hopefully straight through M.O.T thanks so much Christian !!!!!
Matt was very prompt and courteous. Enjoyed a good chat throughout and was informed of the work being carried out at each stage. The result of the carbon clean was very noticeable on a drive following the procedure. Very pleased overall
Job well done, James Parker was on time, very professional and kept me well informed throughout.
Turned up on time. Explained what the problem and remedy very well. Very professional.
Very pleased with the level of service I received, would recommend to anyone who is thinking of having this done ????
Very professional, all work fully explained.
Good job so far. Recommended.
Very pleased with the service provided and would have no problem recommending this to other people.
Really happy with the service carried out and the sound now is great no dead spots smooth power delivery
Great work from a top guy. Van runs like new.
Efficient and work professionally.
I was really impressed with the information Jason provided me with. Nice to come across an honest company who put customers first! Highly recommend.

- Excellent service! - Had been having issues with a DPF blockage and warning lights despite multiple trips to different garages - Cristian came out and performed a DPF clean and carbon clean, and now engine works perfect, seems to have solved the problem completely - Would definitely recommend!
Cristian was great. He answered all my questions and completed the job to a high standard. I will be using Auto Techs again. Very pleased. Thanks
GL7 area
Cristian from UK Carbon Cleaning was outstanding - excellent communications arrived the next day, polite, clear in his advice and was very thorough in his complete flushing of the emissions system - very highly recommended professional.
Roger.
Cristian was very informative regarding diagnostics. Explained everything that was going on. Carbon cleaned the engine. He does what it says on the tin. Can't be faulted. Shall use again if needed
I was visited by Cristian who carried out carbon cleaning as a first step. This did the job brilliantly. No need for further investigation. Cristian did a great job and went above and beyond. He also gave some great advice on future care. 10 stars from me. Thank you Cristian
Cristian was brilliant. He performed a DPF clean and sorted our problem quickly and efficiently. He was professional, knowledgeable and generally very nice to deal with and we will definitely be using his services again. Thank you Cristian.
Cristian came out worked his magic and car works better than before, nice to have a smooth running engine, with a bit more power .
Excellent job thank you ????
Talked to Winston on the phone first. He talked me through what checks he would do when he came out and what the possible fixes might be, plus prices. He came out and arrived when expected, he's very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He didn't talk down to me (as a woman with car issues can sometimes get). He managed to fix the issue with the DPF filter, quickly and reasonably cheaply. The car has never run so well. He spotted something else whilst with my car and then followed up with a full explanation of what to do about that potential issue, if needed. I can't thank you enough :D
First time having the cars carbon cleaned and amazed that both run more smoothly and the A1 has lost its hesitation, the A3 is much more responsive. Christian was re assuring with the process and all was very professional.
Highly recommend Cristian for his professionalism and knowledge. He talked me through every stage of what he was doing today. I had the engine carbon cleaning stage 4 service. And he even gave me advise on what i need to do going forward. Will definatly be using his service again. Thank you Cristian

Received a great service from Matt. I needed to change date which Matt accommodated easily. Matt explained everything and I was happy for him to proceed all work complete satisfactory

The car has never felt like this and I have gained about 8/10 mpg on a 3ltr twin turbo so I’m now getting 45ish mpg at normal driving. A nice smooth map too overall 10/10

I had a cylinder running lean fault code, which i suspected was a injector issue. I booked Matt in for a injector clean. His communication was excellent leading up to the booking date. He was a pleasure to talk to and completed the clean in good time, and i can confirm that the issue has been resolved. So thanks again Matt. You have Another happy customer.
Matt is great. Punctual, friendly knowledgeable and thorough and thoroughly enjoyed the chat. The car runs so smoothly and just sounds so quiet and refined. A very happy customer.

I couldn’t recommend Matt enough he is an extremely knowledgeable/honest guy! not only can he do the jobs,he can break it down and tell you exactly why.what and how each part works and what’s required to maintain your vehicle Complete professional from start to finish and even after-care
My technician was prompt, on time, not pushy whilst working around his busy schedule and mine. Explained everything well, gave good advise, even went to the shop for me ????????????????????????????????????
Great service
Best service...quality work.

A1 ....really happy with the service I received
This professional service made a massive difference to the performance of my vehicle. I have a 2.0 tdci Ford from 2008, and went for the 3 way EGR and turbo, Injectors and Hydrogen clean. After the car was treated I was doing wheel spins all over the place in all gears. It took me the best part of a day to readjust how much less throttle I needed to apply. Mpg up from 32 in city to 36 in city. The engine is smoother as well. The best part is it seems to have fixed the issue I had with raw desiel clouds be ejected from my exhaust.
